My name is Sophie Carter and I'm a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer (with a diploma from Premier Training) and fully insured with Fitpro.

I'm also a competitive runner and over the years I have trained hard and improved my personal fitness goals. I have two children and have managed to get myself fitter than ever after both births. I have seen the highs and lows of sport as well as life. I have gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of fitness and sport. A lot of pieces have to fit together to reach your goals and the hardest step is getting started and believing in yourself. I hope to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be.

Choosing to have a Personal Trainer is a great investment in yourself....it will not only help you physically but mentally too. The journey with a trainer is to understand you as a person and with all the setbacks and life events I have been through I can empathise and help you achieve your goals. I can be that motivator, the coach, the person who tells you that you can do this...when it all gets too much and you want to stop.

I have the experience of a coach myself as I know how helpful it is and how hard it is to put yourself first. If you do one thing...make it a promise to yourself.
